Paddy-View Room

The best view in the house — a wide window framing an unbroken sweep of paddy terraces that changes colour with every season. Green in the monsoon, gold at harvest, silver in the mist of December mornings.

This room is the reason guests return each year for a different season. The view is the same geography; the experience is not.

The largest space at Poothali — a main bedroom, a connecting room, and a shared living area that lets families settle in properly rather than perching in a single room. Designed for three to five guests who want to stay together.

Children are genuinely welcome here. The hosts will arrange paddy-field games, village walks, and home-cooked Kerala meals for the whole family — no resort itinerary, just real hospitality.
